The experience was an exhausting, and agonizing, one. Quake absorbed all the vibrations running through the ground into herself, and then blasted herself heavenwards. This aspect of Quake's abilities proved key to preventing a devastating earthquake in California, triggered by ill-advised interdimensional experiments conducted by Eli Morrow. The most visually affecting was an ability to internalize her own vibrations and blast herself into the air, in a feat that approximated flight but is really more akin to a phenomenal superhuman leap. Quake was a force to be reckoned with in Agents of SHIELD season 4, having learned some serious new tricks. A final tag-scene teased Agents of SHIELD season 4, jumping six months forward in time and teasing Quake had gone rogue, and further refined her powers. This idea - that Quake's powers could interact with other things to spectacular effect - was unfortunately developed inconsistently going forward, when it's a particularly interesting idea. Even more interesting, the interaction between Quake's abilities and an ancient Monolith proved able to open portals through space. Still, Quake's most remarkable feats were demonstrations of the precision she was gaining with her abilities she developed what would become her trademark move of making a gun fall apart, a smart way of de-escalating potentially lethal situations. This was particularly evident in the episode " Spacetime," although granted there she had an edge courtesy of a precognitive vision she'd been granted by another Inhuman. Agents of SHIELD season 3 saw Quake gain more control over her powers, learning to integrate them seamlessly with her fighting style.
